About Me
I started doing this healing work 14 years ago during a time in my life where I was searching for concrete skills and purpose to help myself. I began as a crisis counselor at a peer led, grassroots organization and quickly found my calling. I went on to serve at many organizations and non-profits that provide therapeutic services for women & LGBTQ folks.
I received my LMSW in 2017 from Hunter College School of Social Work and my LCSW in 2020. In 2023 I became certified in EMDR.
I specialize in treating trauma and PTSD/c-PTSD for women and queer & trans folks, using EMDR, IFS, and feminist therapy practices to help clients come home to themselves. I also work with clients on treating OCD with the gold standard of OCD treatment: ERP & I-CBT.

I also deeply enjoy working with other therapists and parents on their healing journey.

I am proud to be an out lesbian therapist & an Ashkenazi Jew. I am also a white therapist dedicated to anti-racism and not replicating colonial or white supremacist values or dynamics within the therapeutic space. I am also a mother.
I currently live and practice on occupied Osage, Sioux, Kaskaskia and Kickapoo land.
I see clients in St. Louis, MO at EMPOWERED Spaces.
